Trip to the Aquarium and New Orleans
Okay, I'm just about blogged out... this is the last one I promise! We went to the aquarium in New Orleans a couple weeks ago with Aunt Michelle, Hunter, and Mawmaw Mary. We all had a wonderful time. We looked around the aquarium and had lunch. Tyler and Hunter were both amazed by all the fish, birds, and exhibits. They really enjoyed looking at everything and they got to play in the kid adventure area too. After we finished at the aquarium we went for a walk down the river and headed for the french quarter for a break. Tyler ran around Jackson Square and entertained us all. He even tried to wake up a bum at one point... oops! Here are few pics from the trip, we had a ball!

Boys being boys!
The girls around here are definitely out numbered. Tyler's cousin Hunter came down and spent the night with us a couple weekends ago. Here are some pictures of them playing and doing what boys do best...
Going to the zoo, zoo, zoo
Tyler, Kaden, and Charlotte all were able to go to zoo together while Charlotte was in town. They all seemed to have a blast and I'm fairly sure that they all passed out as soon as their little behinds his their car seats... I know Tyler was out before we even made it out of the parking lot. It's so nice to be able to get them all together and let them run around, I'm pretty sure the highlight of their trip was the playground... the animals were fun, but the playground caused a couple hissy fits when it was time to leave it!

Tyler's Birthday!
Tyler got a double dose of birthday fun! We had a very small and calm cake eating session on his actual birthday where he opened his present from us. His Aunt Kristen was over for supper, so we all sang happy birthday to him and let him dig into his cake. Josh is still working over time from the hurricane so we did the festivities pretty late... around 8ish, so he was a little groggy but seemed to enjoy himself! The Saturday following his birthday we had his party for friends and family. We had a very full house, but everyone who came was either a part of the family or like a part of the family. Tyler was a little over whelmed by all the commotion at some points in the day, but it was very apparent just how much he is loved and how many people care about him enough to come and celebrate his birthday with him. It was a great day!
